Missing Blogging

Working on my ILP has taken any "spare time". As I approach the finish line, I will spend more time blogging as I find the time. I really missed my blog!

I Can See The Finish Line

As I work on my corrections and additions to my ILP, I can see the finish line in site. Congratulations to our classmate Bill, I hope he is getting stronger healthwise. Can not wait to be completed on my Masters Thesis. I am shooting for this weekend!

Money to good use

As reported in CNN Money recently. Whether the bride and groom foot the bill, or their parents pick up the tab, the burden is heavy. And no one seems to consider all the ways they might put the money to good use. Consider that $26,000 invested at 6 percent annually will grow to nearly $150,000 over 30 years.
So consider PKCatering when you feel the need to spend that kind of cash!

Graduation June 8th

As we push forward toward our final mile of our ILP, I compare to running the Falmouth Road Race. As I entered the final mile it has a gradual incline before turning and seeing the huge American flag at the finish line. I can almost see the flag!

My first blog experience

I am posting my first blog ever! I am preparing to finish up my ILP. I am looking for any information on the operating of a first class catering function facility. Any comments or suggestions would be gladly accepted.
